Delivery Policy
Everything is delivered digitally: emailed links, a file-collection email for services, and emailed account access. No shipping, no delivery charge.
This Delivery Policy describes how orders are fulfilled. All products and services on this website are delivered electronically.
Digital Delivery Only
TONEGRADE STUDIO sells digital products and digital creative services only. We do not sell, pack or ship physical goods, so there is no shipping address to give, no courier and no shipping or delivery charge. The price shown on the product page and in your cart is the price you pay, in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Downloads & Bundles
Downloads, e-books and bundles are listed as an instant digital download. Once your online payment is confirmed, we send a download link or access details to the email address you entered at checkout. The files you receive are those listed under “What’s included” on the product page (for example XMP presets, .cube LUTs, Photoshop actions, Premiere Pro templates, overlays and PDF guides).
Creative Services
After you order a service and your payment is confirmed, we email you to collect your files: the images, footage or other content to be worked on, and any brief or style notes. Work starts once we have received usable files and confirmed the brief with you. We then deliver the finished files by email or cloud link (“Digital delivery by email/cloud link” on the product page). We will confirm the expected timing by email when we collect your files; no turnaround time is promised on the product pages.
Please keep your original files. Finished files are limited to the amount stated under “What’s included” for the service you bought.
Annual Library Subscription
For the Tonegrade Creator Asset Library, account access details are emailed after payment is confirmed. Access runs for one year from the date access is provided. The subscription is a one-off annual payment: renewal is by a new order, and we do not charge you automatically.
Delivery Timing
Delivery begins after the payment gateway confirms your payment. This is usually immediate, but online banking, e-wallet and card confirmations can occasionally take longer. Please do not pay again while a payment is pending; the payment result page will tell you when it has been confirmed and your cart is kept until then.
Correct Email Address
Everything is sent to the email address you enter at checkout, so please check it carefully before paying. We are not responsible for links, access or collection emails that go to an address entered incorrectly, though we will help you where we can. If you do not receive your email within a short time, check your spam or junk folder and that your mailbox is not full.
If You Have Not Received Your Files
Email tone_grade@outlook.com or call +6010-434 4057 with your order reference, the email address used and the SKU. After checking the payment we will re-send your files, link or access details at no charge.
Opening & Using the Files
You will need software able to open the file types in your product, for example Adobe Lightroom (or a compatible editor) for XMP presets, a video editor or colour grading application that supports .cube LUTs, Adobe Photoshop for actions and brushes, Adobe Premiere Pro for Premiere templates and projects, and a PDF reader for guides. Please keep a backup copy of the files you receive.
Licence
Delivery grants you the licence stated on the product page, such as commercial use for one creator or business with no resale or redistribution, or personal and internal business use for guides. For services, the finished files are licensed to you as stated on the product page. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
